All machines show a message on them that all 'Malfunctions voids all pays and plays'. In my opinion, when 15 players suddenly stand up at the same time and say WTF, the roulette wheel operator has to reboot the console, the technicians had to fix about 10 terminals - that I would consider a malfunction. My bet was no longer shown on the screen, the machine did not indicate whether I won or lost, did not show the number the ball landed in. Eventually, after the main roulette control terminal was rebooted and machines were rebooted the games were restored. About 10-15 players from all around stood up going ballistic and this lastest for about 20 min. I was playing the roulette with automated betting/payout next to the R bar and the ball was spun and everyone's betting terminal went haywire and didn't show the resulting outcome of the spin.
