“On behalf of Sycuan, it is an honor and a blessing to take part on this monumental day,” said Joshua Muse, chairman of the Sycuan Tribal Development Corporation Board. The new location of the center will provide greater visibility and easier access for the public and local community to use the facilities. STDC has plans to expand the area in the future including moving the current Sycuan Medical and Dental Center to Sycuan Square and adding mixed-use and retail space. The gas station will have 8 fuel dispensers complete with 16 nozzles and will dispense three grades of unleaded and diesel fuel.
The first phase of the project includes a 5,500 square-foot convenience store and 1,600 square-foot gas station. Sycuan Tribal Development Corporation (STDC) announced that construction has started on its new Sycuan Square project.
